Anyone familiar with TUF fighter Jon Koppenhaver knows that the tape isn't tied too tight, judging from his unique personality on the show to his off-the-mat issues. Now the UFC hopeful is hoping to legally change his name in order to keep his nickname. Huh?

TNA apparently threatened UFC with a lawsuit if they announced Koppenhaver's nickname 'War Machine' during one of his last fights. Apparently, they trademarked 'The War Machine Rhino' for the wrestler Rhino, which tells you all you need to know about TNA's priorities.

In any case, Koppenhaver wasn't having that and according to his MySpace, legally filed to change his name to 'War Machine' six weeks ago and this week, it actually happened. Jon Koppenhaver's legal name is now War Machine. If he has kids, their last name will be Machine. If he marries, his wife will be Mrs. War Machine.

Uhhhhhhh....my head hurts.
